Washing the outer cover frequently

Our mattresses come with a removable and washable outer cover. Depending on whether you use the mattress with a separate bed sheet, we recommend that you wash the outer mattress cover once every 4-5 weeks.

Airing your mattress

Given the humid climate in most regions of India, mattresses can collect moisture over time. This can result in an unpleasant odour developing in the mattress. Luckily, foam mattresses are reasonably breathable so we recommend that you air your mattress from time to time, by removing the sheets and keeping the windows open and/or keeping it out in the sun for a few hours.

Safety from sharp objects

As for the mattress itself, please keep it safe from any sharp objects as these might damage the memory foam/latex layers in the mattress.

Warranty

All our mattresses are designed for high performance and come with a 10-year warranty, including custom mattresses. Our mattresses do not have any moving parts, the two major components are the foam and the fabric. The warranty covers any issues with the foam - i.e. sinking, pitting, sagging or any pre-existing defect that is not customer caused. If you notice any visible sagging of more than 1inch, please send us pictures and we will proceed with the replacement of your mattress.
